FeF Chemicals specialises in producing high-quality Quaternary Ammonium Compounds (often known as Quats). Our extensive product range includes JP, USP, Ph.Eur. and BP Pharmaceutical grades, as well as regular grade, and technical grade.
FeF Chemicals is the world's leading supplier of crystalline Quats. We have developed our own innovative process, in which we synthesise Quaternary Ammonium Compounds from a pure fraction of tertiary amines and make the final crystallisation in a carefully controlled way. This process ensures a very high purity level. The extreme purity of our Cetrimide has made it the market leader in this segment.
One
of our key strengths is our flexible production process, enabling us to meet
customer demands. For example, if a customer wants a specific chain length
distribution, we can supply it. Not to mention that we can also produce
solutions of Quats mixed in
almost any ratio. We cater to both large and small orders by producing in
batch sizes from 1 to 12 tonnes and offering a number of packing alternatives.
When it comes to Quats for pharmaceutical use, we manufacture according to the requirements of the Japanese pharmacopoeia, the USP/NF pharmacopoeia, the European pharmacopoeia or the British pharmacopoeia in full compliance with the cGMP methods described in the ICH guide Q7 for APIs.
