2008 FeF Chemicals A/S is still owned 100% by Novo Nordisk A/S and is an integrated part of the group.
 
2007 Permanent renewal of our Certificate of Suitability for Benzalkonium Chloride Solution 50% is obtained.
 
2005 Completion of a state-of-the-art, three stories laboratory and warehousing facility.
Certificate of Suitability for Cetrimide is obtained from EDQM
 
2003 Certificate of Suitability for Benzalkonium Chloride is obtained from EDQM.
 
2002 DS/EN ISO 9001 certified
DS/EN ISO 14001 certified
 
2001 Certificate of Suitability for Benzalkonium Chloride Solution 50% is obtained from EDQM.
 
1992 DS/EN ISO 9002 certified.
 
1992 The name of the company is changed to FeF Chemicals A/S.
 
1991 GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) approval is given by the Danish Medicines Agency.
 
1990 Ferrosan Fine Chemicals Division becomes a limited company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Novo Nordisk A/S. The company's name changes to Ferrosan Fine Chemicals A/S.
 
1989 Novo Nordisk A/S is formed by a merger of two Danish companies, Nordisk Gentofte A/S and Novo Industri A/S.
 
1986 Novo Industri A/S acquire the Ferrosan Group.
 
1949 The Ferrosan factory is established to produce fine chemicals.
