than 50 years experience in the field of fine chemicals. We are an
international company specialising in the manufacture of
Quaternary ammonium compounds.
The company is characterised by a
flexible production
system and fast, reliable deliveries. There is a strong emphasis on
quality assurance to meet customers’ demands for products of a uniform
quality. We fulfill well-known international standards such as c-GMP and ISO
9002.
Our company specialises in Quaternary ammonium compounds (often known as quats). We specialise in quality. That’s why you will find our product range includes all grades USP, BP, Ph.Eur. and regular grade. Many companies can supply quats in liquid form but only a few supply crystalline quats.
In fact, we are the world’s leading supplier of crystalline quats. We have developed our own crystallisation process that ensures a very high purity. For example, the extreme purity of our Cetrimide has made it the leader in this segment of the market. We synthesise Quaternary ammonium compounds from a pure fraction of tertiary amines. The process used for the manufacture of the crystalline Quaternary ammonium compounds ensures a very low content of impurities.
We pride ourselves on having a flexible approach. So, if for example, a customer wants a specific chain length distribution, we can supply it. Supplying solutions of quats mixed in almost any ratio is one of our strengths.
In case of quats for pharmaceutical use, we can manufacture in accordance with the requirements of the USP/NF and Ph.Eur. pharmacopoeia.
The flexibility of our production plant allows us to produce quats in batch sizes from 1 to 12 tonnes. We also offer a number of packing alternatives so that we can cater for large and small orders. FeF Chemicals A/S’s Quaternary ammonium compounds are therefore more than just another alternative to the competition on the market.
